Location, Location, Location:

The biggest determining factor in most decisions of rentals is location. People want to live in a certain area. The majority of our units are located in the University of Wisconsin campus area. We own properties in four highly demanded areas:

Langdon Street: This is the heart of campus. Memorial Union is located at one end and the Edgewater at the other end. State Street is one block away offering shopping and entertainment. This neighborhood contains many high-end housing options.

University Heights: The engineering and veterinary schools are located blocks away. Camp Randall Stadium is located nearby for sporting and music events.
