1. Are semester leases offered?
   We currently are not offering semester leases.
   
2. Is subletting allowed?
   Yes. Tenant is solely responsible for obtaining sublettor. Our office does keep a list of all apartments for sublet & will refer all calls to respective residents.
   
3. Are pets allowed?
   No pets allowed on Langdon Street apartments. Cats are allowed at all other properties.
   
4. Where are applications available?
   They can be printed off this website, picked up at our office or at most buildings or our office can mail or fax applications to you.
   
5. When are available apartments shown?
   Beginning November 15th, showings can be scheduled Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m..
   
6. When are rents due?
   In our office by 5:00 p.m. on the first of each month. If the first falls on a weekend, it is due in our office by 5:00 p.m. the following Monday.
   
7. Do you have a rent drop box at your office?
   Yes, the building entrance door off of the parking lot contains a rent drop box.
   
8. What are your office hours?
   Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
   
9. Is parking available?
   We have parking available at most buildings. Please contact the office for further details.
